 ship give rise to wines of remarkable depth and finesse. You’ll taste se
 ven benchmark red wines\, each representing a different expression of cool
 -climate winemaking: the fine-boned Pinots of Graubünden\, the structured
  yet graceful Pinots of Valais\, and the supple\, oak-aged Merlots from Ti
 cino. Each pour will be paired with a Swiss speciality snack\, chosen to h
 ighlight tannin texture\, acidity interplay\, and food pairing potential 
 — designed for sommeliers who think in pairings as much as in palate. Th
 is tasting builds regional understanding\, sensory precision\, and pairing
  intuition — a must-attend for India’s sommeliers\, wine directors\, a
