Perroy
Sother brings together two wine estates in Vaud: Château de Malessert in Perroy and Domaine du Manoir in Valeyres-sous-Rances. The family-owned group works with Chasselas, Pinot Noir and Gamay, and has operated its own cooperage since 2023.
