Michael Hock
Cooperative St. Jodern Winery
At St. Jodern Kellerei, tradition is a promise—and the springboard for innovation. From Europe’s highest vineyards in Visperterminen, in Valais near the Matterhorn, we craft modern, premium wines shaped by time-honoured know-how. Blessed with a mild alpine climate, the “Terbiner” harness sun-drenched terraces to produce wines that are strong, distinctive, and full of character.

Anne-Claire Schott
Schott Wines
From Switzerland’s Three Lakes Region, Anne-Claire Schott crafts biodynamic wines that let nature lead. Demeter-certified since 2021, her “Aromas of the Landscape” series blends wine, art, and intuition to capture pure, place-driven character. Every bottle tells a story of land, culture, and craft.
Patrick Adank
Weingut Familie Hansruedi Adank AG
Adank Wines is a family winery—everything we do, we do together. Our small team is our strength: mutual respect and open minds drive our wines forward. Honest craftsmanship, sustainability, and time shape our philosophy—time to choose wisely and time for the wines to mature. We learn daily in cellar and vineyard, and we steward living soils so the next generation inherits vineyards that are richer and more biodiverse.
Johann Baptista von Tscharner
Von Tscharner Wines
Passion defines our cellar. From 11 grape varieties we craft 20 noble Graubünden wines and 15 single-variety distillates. Quality is our philosophy: we farm 6 hectares across 14 vineyards in Maienfeld, Jenins, Chur, Felsberg and Domat/Ems—exclusively our own grapes, with Pinot Noir making up 60%. We release only after long, unhurried aging. In the cellar, less is more: no unnecessary additives, fining agents, or enzymes. You can’t make wines—you can only accompany them.

Swissness & Wines
Swissness & Wine is a collective of Swiss wineries tackling export together with a professional, innovative approach. By pooling volumes and logistics, we make small-batch Swiss wines—often little known abroad—accessible to global drinkers. Swiss wine isn’t made for the masses: it’s grown on steep terraces, in tiny parcels, by hands that know every vine. It’s craft, not trend—one of European viticulture’s best-kept secrets. Our strength is our people: independent growers whose experience and vision shape every bottle.
Paul de Watteville
Domaine de Montbenay AG
Domaine de Montbenay traces its roots to the early Middle Ages, when monks from the Abbey of Montbenoît planted the first vines. Today, 16th-generation vigneron Paul de Watteville steers the estate alongside his father, Maurice. We farm eight varieties—Chasselas, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino, Pinot Noir, Syrah, Diolinoir, and Galotta—each guided with care from vine to cellar. Our belief is simple: great wine comes from time, patience, and attentive listening.
Oliver Grichting
Johanniterkellerei Kuonen & Grichting AG
Johanniterkellerei Kuonen & Grichting is a family-run cellar in Salgesch, Valais—founded in 1913 and known as the village’s oldest winery. Rooted in close-to-nature tradition, they bottle classic Valais whites and characterful reds, with a special reputation for Salgesch Pinot Noir. Visitors can book tastings in the cosy Carnotzet, and the range includes award-winning cuvées.

Sven Hohl
Rebhalde
Rebhalde is a certified-organic, family-run winery in Stäfa on Lake Zurich. From a terrace above the Lattenberg at the southeastern end of the Pfannenstiel, the Hohl family (4th generation) farms 9 acres to craft delicate, characterful wines and natural wines. Cool-climate growing gives low alcohol, invigorating acidity, and fresh precision—year after year a clear reflection of Lake Zurich’s terroir.
Raffaella Gialdi
Gialdi Wines SA
Gialdi Vini SA was founded in 1953 by Guglielmo Gialdi, evolving from a wine merchant into a leading Ticino producer. After acquiring a cellar in northern Ticino in 1984, the house began crafting its own Merlot—now expressing sites across both north and south Ticino. Led by Feliciano Gialdi, the winery champions quality through close partnerships with multigenerational growers and sustainable farming that respects nature and biodiversity, bottling the true identity of the territory.
