Utkarsh is the founder and host of Gulp It Down with UT, a Delhi/NCR platform for wine and beverage tastings and food-pairing experiences. He holds a Master’s in Italian Food and Wine from the University of Padova, completed with honours.
His experience includes sensory panel work in Paris, business development in Rome and Indian market representation for a Spanish winery. He brings experience designing tastings, working with venues and making wine approachable through food and sensory language.
