Store your own Indian bank account securely, then leave the saved entry locked.
Manual home · Start here · Help when something is blocked
- Open Bank details. Enter the account-holder name, bank name, account number twice and the 11-character IFSC.
- Check the holder, number and branch against your own bank source. The prefilled name is not proof of ownership.
- Confirm that you hold the account and select Save and lock bank details →.
- Check for Bank details saved · Locked and the masked account suffix. The native bank record is linked to your individual Contact.
- To make a correction, select Unlock to edit bank details, enter the replacement carefully and save again. Use Cancel editing · return to saved status to keep the existing saved entry.
Screen example. A saved account is masked and locked. Finance review is shown separately; saving does not authorise a payment. Click the image to enlarge. Fictional documentation data in a neutralised copy; a displayed verification state is simulated, not evidence of a real verification.
Match review requested
The request has been recorded, but the proposed account could not be safely linked. Give Finance the displayed SWI-BANK reference. Do not create another Contact or repeatedly submit a shared/conflicting account. The team checks the existing native account and holder relationship.
Full account numbers do not redisplay in the portal. Finance review, native outgoing-payment trust and an actual payment are separate actions.
