- Open Your experience. Choose Upload your CV, Import from LinkedIn, or Paste your experience.
- Upload a PDF or DOCX, up to 10 MB, and select Save source file. The original is private.
- For LinkedIn, use the profile PDF export on desktop when available, then upload that PDF. A profile URL does not import career history. If export is unavailable, paste your professional background.
- If you want AI assistance, review the consent wording and select Prepare my draft. Check dates, employers, qualifications and completed/in-progress wording. Select Use this experience draft only after reviewing it.
- Edit the experience rows, confirm the professional-background declaration and select Save experience →. Manual entry remains available if extraction fails.
- Under Qualifications and evidence, add only awards you hold or studies genuinely in progress. Select a known qualification or Other qualification, enter its exact title and awarding body, and add supporting certificate/enrolment evidence. Other qualifications require manual review.

The same import choices stack vertically. Scroll to the relevant source, save it, then review the prepared draft and experience rows.
