| Portal status | Meaning / next action |
|---|---|
| Draft | You can edit receipts and confirm details. |
| Submitted | The source values are locked for review. |
| Changes requested | Read the correction note, amend the returned draft and submit again. |
| Approved | Business approval is recorded. Finance still checks accounting and bank readiness. |
| Finance review | Finance is preparing or checking the native payable and supporting documents. |
| Payment recorded | A payment has been recorded. This is not proof of bank settlement. |
| Partially paid | Only part of the payable/payment has settled; check the remaining balance. |
| Paid | Native settlement/reconciliation evidence supports the paid state. |
| Reversed | A native reversal changes the earlier accounting/payment result; contact Finance for the reason. |
Open your claim to see the current amount, receipts, correction note and progress. Do not create another claim to chase an existing one. If a payment looks wrong, give Finance the claim reference and the issue; never send full bank numbers in a general conversation.
Changing bank details requires a fresh review before a reimbursement can be paid. Approval and payment registration do not replace bank review or reconciliation.
