SWISS WINE INDIA | HELP & OPERATING MANUAL
Upload and submit receipts
Participant guide · Reviewed 29 October 2026
Create a claim for one authorised activity and receipt currency, then confirm each original.
Manual home · Start here · Help when something is blocked
- Open My expenses. If available, select + New expense claim. Choose the authorised activity and receipt currency, then Create draft →.
- Upload original PDF, JPEG or PNG files. Limits: 10 MB per file, at most 30 receipts in a claim, PDFs up to eight pages. Select Save receipts →.
- Open each receipt. Enter or check description, date, amount, issuer, receipt reference and the available expense category.
- Optional: consent to the configured receipt-reading service and select Prepare receipt suggestions. Review the suggestions against the original. If extraction is unavailable or fails, enter the details manually.
- If the document is a supplier invoice addressed to SWINTRA, mark that fact for Finance. Do not turn a personal receipt into a supplier tax invoice or claim tax yourself.
- Confirm the original, amount and currency, then select Save and confirm receipt → for every receipt.
- Check the total, read the personally-paid/no-duplicate declaration and select Submit expense claim →. A later receipt or another currency can form a separate submission.
