Turn saved sections into a complete application for the programme team to review.
Manual home · Start here · Help when something is blocked
- Open Review and submit. Check your details, experience, qualifications, identity, age check, bank entry and publication preference.
- If A few steps remain appears, return to the named section, correct it and save. The submit button stays disabled while required checks are incomplete.
- Once there are no blockers, review the accuracy/privacy declaration and select Submit my application →.
- Check that the dashboard says the application is with the team. The internal status becomes Ready for review.
- If changes are requested, read the section-specific note, update those sections and submit again. If you return a pending application to draft yourself, it requires a fresh submission.

| Stage | Who acts next |
|---|---|
| In progress | Applicant saves and completes required checks. |
| Ready for review | Programme reviewer checks the exact submitted snapshot. |
| Changes requested | Applicant corrects the named sections and resubmits. |
| Approved | Membership and reviewed public changes are applied according to the recorded visibility choice. |
Approval does not make you an employee, grant an event place, provide producer accreditation or authorise a reimbursement. Those decisions use their own records.
