Mont-sur-Rolle
The origins of Domaine de Montbenay reach back to the monks of the Abbey of Montbenoît, who planted vines on these lands. Today Paul de Watteville, the sixteenth generation, runs the estate alongside his father Maurice. Its wines explore Chasselas, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc around Mont-sur-Rolle.
Pressed in a nineteenth-century vertical press, then vinified and aged in terracotta amphora.
