THE PLACE & THE PEOPLE
Yvorne
Domaine de la Pierre Latine cultivates 16 hectares around Yvorne in the Chablais region of Vaud. Steep, stony slopes, warm days and cool nights shape an estate with Chasselas at its heart.
Hand-picked and sorted in the vineyard. Aged for six to eight months, half in amphorae and half in stainless steel.
