Yvorne
Domaine de la Pierre Latine cultivates 16 hectares around Yvorne in the Chablais region of Vaud. Steep, stony slopes, warm days and cool nights shape an estate with Chasselas at its heart.
Hand-picked at full ripeness and sorted in the vineyard. Aged on the lees for six to eight months, with 20% matured in amphorae.
